Processing Time: Upon placing an order, please allow us 2 to 3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. We want to ensure that each t-shirt you receive is of the highest quality.

Shipping Options:

• Flat/Standard Shipping: With this option, your order will be shipped via Ireland Post (An Post). While this shipping method doesn’t include a tracking code, it offers a cost-effective solution. The estimated delivery time for flat/standard shipping is between 5 to 7 business days from the time of processing.
• Priority Shipping: Opt for our priority shipping option to receive your t-shirts faster. Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days and shipped via Ireland Post (An Post). This option includes a tracking code, so you can keep an eye on your delivery’s progress. Priority shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery from the time of processing.

Please note that while we primarily use Ireland Post (An Post) for shipping, there might be instances when we partner with other trusted shipping companies to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of your order. Rest assured, no matter the shipping provider, your order’s safe arrival is our top priority.

Tracking Your Order: For orders with priority shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the journey of your t-shirts and anticipate their arrival.

Temporarily shipments may be delayed

 Overview

Orders are processed from 9.00am to 5pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the Monday after. All countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt. Customs duties are included.
Orders cannot be dispatched to post office boxes.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave notification or will contact you by phone at the number that you provided during your purchase. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail message with details of the order reference code and the dispatch tracking code, so that you can track the progress of your goods.

For purchases in Ireland, here are the delivery costs from when the merchandise is consigned to the courier:

Standard Delivery (7-8 working days) 5€
Free shipping for orders > 150€
Express Delivery (3-5 working days from the order acceptance) 14,90€

Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays. Couriers do not make deliveries on the days 25 December, 26 December, 1 January, and at weekends.

 

Hi-Tee cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.
When you receive the merchandise, we ask you to check that the delivery includes all the items ordered. If there are any problems with the delivery,
please inform us immediately by writing to our Customer Care service.
